By placing an order with Flowers in Wonderland, you agree to the following terms.
Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to availability. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and bank transfer.
Pricing
All prices are in Hong Kong dollars (HKD) and include delivery fees for Zone 1 unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders are honoured at the agreed price.
Flower Substitutions
Due to seasonal availability and market conditions, we reserve the right to substitute flowers of equivalent quality and value. We will always maintain the overall style and palette of your arrangement.
Delivery
We deliver across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Someone must be available to receive the delivery.
Intellectual Property
All designs, photographs, and content on this website are the property of Flowers in Wonderland and may not be reproduced without permission.
